Each course begins with an in-home consultation with the client, the instructor, and if necessary, the client’s guardian(s). During the consultation the instructor will help determine what type of instruction and program is needed to ensure maximum results.
Lessons vary from client to client depending on their level of knowledge, experience and confidence. Lessons include class room time, basic rules of the roadway, vehicle operation, city/urban/rural driving, parking, reacting to emergencies, and exam preparation.
Note: All lessons are done using the vehicle the student will take his/her test or evaluation in. At this time, Mid-America Academy of Driving does not offer a vehicle for lessons. We apologize for if this is an inconvenience for you.

From evaluations, to city, highway, and country roads, to defensive driving and parking, Mid America Academy of Driving will ensure you or your child not only passes their drivers test, but remains safe in all situations.
Intermediate & Advanced
Customized drivers training tailored to seasoned drivers that need additional confidence or those that require an evaluation or assessment to maintain their drivers’ license.
Missouri frequently experiences rain and snow, our instructors will teach drivers the necessary skills to remain safe during inclement weather, as well as what equipment is recommended during winter months.
Special Needs
Our instructors are prepared to assist those with special needs to build confidence on the road and obtain their license.
